PM began his English speech by asking Singaporeans where they want Singapore to be 20 years from now. Much will depend on what we make of our resources and what we want Singapore to become, he said.
PM has asked Minister Heng Swee Keat to lead a national conversation on this. He urged Singaporeans to think about our future, contribute ideas and work together to make it happen.
PM then went on to say Singapore must always offer Hope of a better future.
